ClienT Responsibilities
While ESAW guarantees our commitment and effort from our Coach for designing the program and supervising sessions/ follow ups, the client is fully responsible for below as they are key principles of optimal health, minimize risk of illness/ injury, understand terms and maximize results:

Refund Policy: Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied and understand our support before we mutually agree to proceed with a binding agreement. We invest considerable amount of time and effort in our customized services and plans thus ESAW - Employee Support and Wellness Inc. currently does not offer any refunds. If you have any questions, concerns or require clarification, please ask ESAW's representative before proceeding with our service.
Nutritional Health: By combining healthy nutritional choices with our well programmed physical activity, you can better attain and sustain optimal health. Our Fitness Coach can share basic general nutritional best practices within the parameters of our certification and knowledge but for specific diet/ nutritional plans and needs, you should consult a qualified nutrition professional.

Commitment to Recovery: Recovery is not optional but mandatory. Client should make a conscious effort to get enough recommended sleep and follow appropriate recommended timelines between exercise sessions to ensure clients return to the next workout at least as fit as they entered the previous one, if not more.

Mindset: Social, Mental and Emotional health and well being will influence your ability to execute on your plan. Thus, your mindset will positively or negatively affect your ability to achieve and maintain your fitness goals. Adapting a positive, can do attitude will help increase your confidence in achieving your goal. Thus, ESAW recommends that client adopts daily strategies such as breathing techniques, meditation and positive self talk to aid in building a positive mindset. If required, seek aid from a qualified mental health professional.

Supplementation: In order to aid recovery, maximize performance and achieve desired outcome such as building muscle, our Fitness Coach can share basic general supplementation best practices within the parameters of our certification & knowledge but for specific supplementation needs, you should consult a qualified professional.

Employee Workshops: Our employee workshops are designed to provide general knowledge, guidance and best practices on the topics being covered. They are not intended to diagnose any individual need for the participants. If an individual requires specific type of support, they should consult a qualified professional to seek individualized diagnosis and support.

Unsupervised physical activities in Personal Training Program: Client is responsible for executing on agreed upon activities that are not under the supervision of our Fitness Coach. An example of this could be Cardiovascular or additional Flexibility activity on your own time if client would not like to utilize a paid session. Client assumes the role of asking additional questions, clarification if unsure about instructions listed/ provided depending on the type of support chosen.
Online Coaching & DIY Program: Client is responsible for executing on agreed upon activities because the type of support chosen is not under the supervision of our Fitness Coach. Client assumes the role of asking additional questions, clarification if unsure about instructions listed/ provided depending on the type of support chosen.
