ESAW's Certified Fitness Coach will work with a small group (2-4) of individuals in order to create and deliver a physical wellness program that combines aspects of Cardiovascular, Resistance and Flexibility training. Our goal is to build transferable skills and behaviours that will help all group members stay committed to your goal of making a positive change.
