Physical Wellness 101

ESAW offers a unique foundational PHYSICAL WELLNESS 101 (PW101) course that teaches you the fundamental basics and best practices of cardiovascular, resistance and flexibility training prior to stepping into a workout plan or environment. Course also covers below topics:

  • Basics/introduction of optimal nutrition and supplementation

  • How to set realistic goals and stay consistent with your plan

  • How to break through plateaus 

  • What makes a GREAT coach and questions you should ask to hold them accountable 

  • Basics/ introduction to foundational and functional movement

  • Basics/introduction to rest, recovery and energy

  • Various other introductory topics to support enhanced physical wellness
